Mindful Psychological Health is participating with various insurances including:

Out-of-pocket payments are accepted for insurances that are considered out-of-network.

NOTE: Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Fees are based on types of services rendered and the length of the sessions.
If an individual’s insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, one may receive full or partial reimbursement for the cost of our services. Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50%-80% of the cost per session. Mindful Psychological Health will provide invoices for clients to submit to the insurance company (with all the relevant information including CPT codes, diagnostic information) so that clients can be reimbursed directly. If requested, all the pertinent information to the insurance company will be provided by the provider to facilitate reimbursement, with the client’s written consent. Clients are encourage to contact their insurance company directly, if there are questions about reimbursement. Methods of payments accepted are the following: checks, cash, and Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, Employer Sponsored Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts are also accepted for mental health services.
24-Hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If appointments need to be cancelled, it is important that clients contact the office as soon as possible about their cancellations, as the appointments are allocated specifically for each individual. Alternative appointments will be offered, as needed. If clients do not show for their scheduled therapy appointment, and they have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, they will be responsible a full-fee charged for the session. No-shows and less than 24-hour cancellation fees are charged due the time reserved for the identified client to provide quality service. This fee is not reimbursed by insurance companies. After three consecutive no-shows/less than 24-hour cancellations, services will be terminated and external referrals will be provided upon request.
